Noah Kararo is the Director of Baseball Operations for the Illinois Hawks. A former middle infielder, he played five varsity seasons at the University of St. Francis, appearing in 152 games as a shortstop and second baseman. Kararo previously served as the Hawks’ Director of Youth Development for two seasons, working with the 10U–14U teams to establish strong fundamentals and consistency across the program. He has also coached at multiple age levels within the Hawks organization, emphasizing both skill development and player growth.
In his current role, Kararo oversees the entire Hawks baseball program from 8U–18U, guiding player development, coach training, and organizational strategy to ensure alignment across all levels. He holds certifications in Driveline Youth Baseball Development, USA Baseball “B,” and Blast Motion Baseball instruction. Dedicated to fostering both athletic and personal development, he is committed to building stronger athletes and well-rounded individuals.
